About This Role

CareerXperts Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Back-End Developer to join our engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented software engineer to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of scalable, cloud-native web applications using modern architecture patterns.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality back-end services and interfaces.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment and testing of code.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide input into technical direction.
Requirements
  • 5–12 years of experience in software development in a product-based or SaaS environment.
  • Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core, with knowledge of distributed systems and concurrent design.
  • Experience working with APIs, microservices, and asynchronous communication patterns.
  • Comfort with test automation practices (TDD/ATDD preferred).
  • A passion for clean, maintainable code and great user experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, ask the right questions, and drive quality.
