Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead our design team in creating innovative and functional solutions for complex projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating concept designs, refining selected options, and conducting cross-discipline coordination across all design stages as needed.

They will also be involved in value engineering, reviewing and validating design deliverables, and developing tender documents.

Additionally, they will support in managing project budgets, resource allocation, and project schedules, as well as maintaining project budget and schedule.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and 10+ years of industry experience in architectural design function.

They should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as proven leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required
  • 10+ years of industry experience in architectural design function
  • Strong track record in developing architectural designs for large and complex projects
  • In-depth knowledge and proven track record in the architectural design field
  • Understanding of international engineering standards and codes
  • Exposure to global best practices and trends in the architectural design
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership problem-solving and strong attention to details
