Digital Asset Market Strategist

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Trader to join our team. This role will involve hands-on experience with trading strategies, data analysis, and statistical modeling applied to digital asset markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on cryptocurrency markets, including price modeling, volatility analysis, and market microstructure.
- Develop and backtest algorithmic trading strategies using quantitative methods.
- Analyze large datasets across multiple exchanges to identify patterns and uncover trading opportunities.
- Create comprehensive research reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate research into production trading systems.
- Support the development of risk management and portfolio optimization models.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, or econometrics, as well as programming experience in Python, R, MATLAB, or related tools. Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and trading concepts is also essential.
Desirable Qualities:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computational Finance, Physics).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication and ability to present research findings effectively.
