Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Brand Growth Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scaling our premium D2C brand across various marketplaces, quick commerce, and luxury channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and onboard our brand on relevant marketplaces.
  • Quick Commerce Growth: Explore and initiate partnerships with emerging platforms beyond Zepto, BlinkIt, and Instamart.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Research and collaborate with complementary product brands to create bundled offerings.
  • Institutional & Luxury Partnerships: Build relationships with food service establishments, luxury outlets, hotels, airlines, and hospitality networks.
  • Revenue & Awareness: Execute initiatives that increase both visibility and direct sales impact for our brand.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong interest in brand building, partnerships, and business growth strategies.
  • Excellent research, communication, and outreach skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for brand placement.
  • Self-driven and reliable — can work independently with accountability.
  • Previous experience or internships in business development, growth, or FMCG/D2C brands is a plus.
