Job Title: Plant Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Engineering Manager to lead our engineering services team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, operations delivery, and plant engineering processes.

This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of plant engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring effective resource allocation, task management, and career development.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, expectations, timelines, and reports.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure all engineering processes and deliverables meet required quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in leadership roles in plant engineering services organizations.
  • Strong multidisciplinary knowledge, especially in Process, Piping, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines.
  • Experience in handling multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities.
