About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our structural engineering team. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, technical guidance, and performance reviews to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage structural engineering projects from concept through completion, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely delivery of engineering designs, plans, and documents within quality and cost parameters.
  • Conduct technical reviews, quality assurance checks, and risk assessments for ongoing projects.
  • Lead and review the development of structural design for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis using software tools.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
