Sales and Business Development Role

We seek a skilled sales professional to drive business growth and development within the quartz industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets in the quartz industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Manage sales channels, including dealer and sub-dealer networks, to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through effective sales tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales and customer service processes.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the quartz or ceramic industry.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
