Design Associate

The role of Design Associate is a dynamic and creative position that combines graphic design, merchandise design, and branding responsibilities to produce visually compelling outputs across marketing, sales, and event-related projects.

This position requires a strong design portfolio, hands-on expertise in design software, and the ability to bring fresh, trend-driven ideas into execution.

  • Create product mockups, prototypes, and illustrations for merchandise and marketing collaterals.
  • Incorporate market trends and consumer insights into new merchandise collections.
  • Produce and refine high-quality graphics and illustrations for digital and offline use (social media, presentations, sales kits).
  • Collaborate with Merchandise and Marketing teams on artwork, branding, and event-related designs.
  • Take complete ownership of end-to-end expo and event design execution.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication.
  • Organize and manage design files for efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Stay updated on latest design tools, practices, and creative trends to enhance outputs.
  • Support in creating impactful presentations and sales materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design (NIFT graduates preferred).
  • Experience: 3–6 years in merchandise, branding, or graphic design.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work (illustrations, merchandise, branding).
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
  • Access to necessary design software and tools.
