Drive Business Growth Job Description:
Job OverviewWe are seeking an ambitious sales professional to drive new business opportunities in the US and EU markets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in the US healthcare BPO space.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, ensuring regular engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to international BPO sales, with hands-on experience in the US healthcare sector (especially RCM and teleradiology).
Required Skills and Qualifications- Graduate/MBA with 3–6 years of experience in International BPO sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US healthcare sales (RCM, teleradiology, etc.) – mandatory.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to manage inside sales.
- Familiarity with US client acquisition models (outbound sales, lead gen).
