Graphic Design Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Graphic Designer to lead our in-house design team and develop creative visual solutions for educational content.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the workflow, assigning tasks to team members, and ensuring deadlines are met. They will also provide guidance and feedback to maintain high-quality standards.

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure all graphics meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand graphic needs and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media content, website graphics, and educational resources.
  • Conduct quality checks on outsourced graphics to ensure they meet company standards.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing variety of design projects and styles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
