Job Title: HRIS Analyst II

This role supports HCM functionality, data integrity, reporting, and system enhancements. The analyst partners with HR and IT to identify improvement opportunities and provide consistent, reliable HR technology experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day support for Workday HCM, including modules such as Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent.
  • Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Business Processes (BPs), including condition rules, routing, approvals, and step configuration.
  • Partnering with HR stakeholders to evaluate BP effectiveness and recommending improvements that enhance employee and manager experience.
  • Supporting system integrations between Workday and other platforms, including time tracking, benefits, payroll, and identity systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document functional specs, and implement system changes.
