As an Actuarial Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through detailed checking and effective communication.Your key responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring all work is thoroughly checked to minimize rework and meet quality standards
  • Monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Effectively managing multiple projects and MetriX tools
  • Providing regular feedback and coaching team members to be competent independent doers
  • Actively participating in knowledge sharing, training, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science, or a subject with significant mathematical content
  • 2-5 years of experience in the actuarial field
  • Familiarity with pension or PRM and actuarial fundamentals
  • Working knowledge of actuarial valuation tools
  • Strong EXCEL and Word skills
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results
