Job Title: Consumer Packaged Goods Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert across client engagements, providing strategic guidance and functional expertise on pricing, marketing, trade, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop solution approaches and execution strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Develop and refine Straive's capability in the CPG space, including accelerators, reusable frameworks, and internal training programs.
  • Represent Straive in client conversations and industry forums as a respected voice on CPG topics.
  • Partner with business development and client delivery teams to identify areas of growth and value creation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of professional experience in the CPG industry or consulting roles focused on CPG clients.
  • Deep functional knowledge across the CPG value chain, particularly in marketing strategy, pricing and revenue growth management, trade promotion and assortment planning, and consumer and market insights.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to synthesize complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven experience working closely with senior stakeholders across strategy, commercial, and analytics teams.
