Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned Analog Design Professional to spearhead the development of high-current power stage ICs. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing innovative analog circuits and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong competencies in transistor-level design and implementation of various analog functions, including operational amplifiers, band-gap references, comparators, charge pumps, and level shifters.

You will work closely with designers and technologists to define architectures, derive block-level specifications, and select topologies based on product requirements. Your responsibilities will also include generating top-level simulation plans, collaborating with verification engineers, working with layout engineers to optimize IC layouts, validating silicon, assisting characterization, and participating in debug processes.

In addition, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and innovation of our product line.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in analog design
  • Strong track record of taping out multiple complex IPs to manufacturing
  • Experience in designing analog circuits, including operational amplifiers, band-gap references, comparators, charge pumps, and level shifters
  • Experience in working with digital designers, providing and defining specs and state machines
  • Experience in leading full chip development/owning a sub-system for a complex chip
  • Top-level integration, block-level verification across PVT, statistical mismatch, layout guidance
  • Strong silicon debugging skills to solve complex silicon problems through simulation and bench testing
  • Good communication, presentation skills, and teamwork abilities
  • Preferred qualifications: BCD process experience, switching DC-DC converter design, buck, buck-boost, control loop experience, design and layout of gate drivers, LDMOS, fault systems experience, understanding of chip-level ESD/LU, EM requirements, good knowledge of IC packaging and production test methodologies
