JOB Summary

  • We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineer to join our engineering team.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in EPC projects across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Water Treatment, and other process industries.
  • The role involves supporting the design and development of electrical systems for industrial plants, working alongside senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematics, and cable routing layouts
  • Support in electrical load calculations, equipment sizing, and short circuit analysis
  • Prepare bill of materials (BOMs), cable schedules, and lighting layouts
  • Collaborate with instrumentation, mechanical, and civil teams for integrated design
  • Review and interpret P&IDs, electrical specifications, and client standards
  • Participate in design reviews, vendor drawing evaluations, and site coordination
  • Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, IS, and other relevant standards

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
  • Project experience in plant design, power systems, or industrial automation is a plus
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar design software
  • Basic understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and industrial practices
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced engineering environment
