API Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced API specialist to join our team. This role requires strong expertise in Java J2EE development and deep knowledge of various Web API technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and secure high-performance APIs adhering to industry best practices and integrating them across diverse systems.
  • Work with various Web APIs technologies such as J2EE, Spring Boot, JSON, REST, Swagger, OpenAPI, SOAP, SMPP, MQ, XML/JSON, JWT, and WSDL.
  • Utilize build tools like Maven and Gradle to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
  • Contribute to microservices solution development and work with API management platforms.
  • Apply knowledge in the Telecom domain to enhance overall system performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Java J2EE development.
  • Proficiency in Web APIs technologies including J2EE, Spring Boot, JSON, REST, Swagger, OpenAPI, SOAP, SMPP, MQ, XML/JSON, JWT, and WSDL.
  • Hands-on experience in Web APIs development (RESTful, SOAP) with adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Experience with Oracle Databases, UNIX, and shell scripting.
  • Experience in API management platforms and microservices solution development is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in Telecom domain (e.g., EAI, OSS/BSS, SIEBEL) is optional.
