Interior Design Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of high-quality interior design solutions to clients.
We are looking for an experienced Lead Interior Designer with a strong portfolio of residential projects, who will possess excellent communication skills and be confident in their ability to present and defend designs.
- Responsibilities:
- Be the lead designer for a set of customers, from initial consultation to final design delivery.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored design solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and implement effective design strategies to meet customer satisfaction targets.
- Conduct site visits to ensure proposed designs can be installed efficiently and effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
- Requirements:
- Minimum - 2 year Diploma in Interior Designing / Architecture from a reputed Institution.
- Must have Site Experience (should be confident that proposed designs can be installed with minimum hassle at site).
- Strong communication skills - Both verbal and written communication skills to be able to construct and defend ideas / designs / pricing. Communication in English mandatory and the local language is also desirable.
- Exposure to Google Sketchup software.
- Residential project experience is mandatory.
