Key Expertise for Medical Communications Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Scientific Writing Lead, driving innovation in medical communications and leveraging expertise in healthcare and technology.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategic content solutions, including reactive and proactive decks, medical information letters, infographics, quick response guides, verbal response documents, FAQs, and product monographs.

You will demonstrate exceptional knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas, disease states, and clinical trials, conducting thorough reviews and fact-checks on MedComm deliverables to ensure the highest quality output.

Additionally, you will lead and upskill a team of scientific writers, developing training materials and coaching them to achieve excellence in their craft.

This position requires strong medical writing and literature surveillance skills, along with excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in reference manager tools and CRM platforms is also desirable.

Qualifications:

  • MBBS, MD, BDS, MDS, Doctorate in research, or pharmacy qualification (Postgraduate in Pharmacy, PharmD., Ph.D.).
  • 4-12 years of experience in medical communication, scientific writing, content writing, medical review, or publication experience in the life sciences domain.
