About the Opportunity

As a supply growth driver, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion by designing automation frameworks, unlocking data-driven insights, and promoting analytics adoption across the organization.

This is an opportunity to anchor the automation charter for the entire hotels ecosystem, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to manage overall strategy, supply drives, key performance indicators (KPIs), effectiveness, and analytics requirements within the hotels business.

The domestic hotels business at our company offers travelers access to 70K+ hotels across India. With a focus on expanding high-quality supply, fostering strong partner relationships, and delivering distinctive experiences, this segment is central to our vision of redefining travel.

About the Role

As part of the hotel supply strategy team, this role will transform data into business outcomes, streamline reporting processes, and build scalable solutions that empower decision-making at every level.

  • Driving strategic initiatives to improve key supply metrics and empower the supply team.
  • Leading the rollout of data visualization tools across the supply organization, ensuring adoption and effective usage.
  • Designing and managing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and metrics for the supply team.
  • Delivering actionable insights using advanced analytics and data visualization to enable data-driven decision-making and execution.
  • Automating manual reporting workflows using Python, SQL, and data engineering best practices.
  • Leveraging tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, Tableau, and data engineering workflows to strengthen analytical and automation capabilities.
  • Collaborating with category, revenue, and other teams to accelerate growth in room nights and gross merchandise value (GMV).
  • Preparing impactful presentations and business reviews for leadership to support strategic discussions and decision-making.

  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives that drive supply performance, partner experience, and business growth.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on identifying growth levers, optimizing processes, and aligning with organizational priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field, with 7-10 years of experience focused on automation and analytics-driven initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, data engineering workflows, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
