Ambulance Network Strategist

The role of an Ambulance Network Executive is pivotal in ensuring seamless day-to-day operational activities. They play a key part in expanding the ambulance network by locating and interacting with private ambulance operators.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with private ambulance operators to increase the ambulance network.
- Train ambulance owners and staff on utilizing the mobile app for trips.
- Coordinate with the call center for regular ambulance services.
- Follow up with ambulance operators and users for payments.
- Collaborate with the call center to negotiate rates with ambulance operators.
- Maintain critical trip progress, especially for outstation trips.
- Resolve issues with users, the call center, and ambulance owners/staff.
- Elevate issues beyond control to senior management.
- Attend mandatory meetings and provide activity updates.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
- Availability on WhatsApp and calls during business hours.
- Possession of a laptop.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (English, Hindi, Tamil preferred).
This position requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient coordination between various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
