Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Japanese linguistics specialist to provide high-quality translation services for various clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in help desk support and ITIL, with a strong command of the Japanese language at N2 level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert linguistic services for translation projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate communication.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the pharma domain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 4-5 years of experience in help desk support and ITIL.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA and ServiceNow.
  • Ability to work on Japan time zone.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL certification.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and SQL.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies.
