Japanese Language Professional

We are seeking a skilled Japanese Language Professional to provide high-quality linguistic support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing translation, interpretation, and language consulting services. They will also work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and efficient translation services
  • Conduct language assessments to evaluate proficiency levels
  • Develop and implement language training programs to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • 2-3 years of operations experience
  • Japanese Language proficiency at N3 Level (MUST)
  • Excellent organizational skills, process-oriented, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong influencing skills across peer groups and senior levels

  • Demonstrate ability to drive continuous improvement, working collaboratively with the wider HR community
  • A high expectation of performance for themselves and other team members
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
