Production Designer

As a Fashion Designer - Production, you will play a vital role in overseeing the design and production unit at our luxury womenswear brand.
Our team is passionate about slow fashion, sustainability, and artisanal craftsmanship. We are looking for someone who shares our values and can contribute to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop seasonal collections in alignment with our design ethos, working closely with the creative director.
- Oversee day-to-day operations at the production unit, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution.
- Manage masters and tailors, as well as identify and build relationships with suppliers, weavers, and artisans across India.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content showcasing the design process, craftsmanship, and collections.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with a reputed designer brand.
- Strong understanding of Indian textiles, handloom weaving techniques, and embroidery.
- Hands-on experience in garment production, pattern-making, and draping.
- Ability to manage a team and oversee end-to-end production processes.
- Keen eye for detail, color, and fabric combinations.
- Proficiency in design software (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Passionate about slow fashion, sustainability, and artisanal craftsmanship.
