Job Title:

Cloud Administrator

Job Description:
  • Effectively lead the deployment and configuration of Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM systems to drive project deliverables.
  • This role will focus on administering key applications such as Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & EPM, and OTM throughout their implementation and support lifecycles.
  • Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP application metadata including provisioning configurations, enterprise applications, domains, and application components like pillars, environment types, module types, and middleware components.
  • Design, update, and implement user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security.
  • Collaborate with Oracle to perform system/service maintenance tasks, backups, and recovery of Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Monitor Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, and EPM applications performance and architecture to maintain reliability, integrity, and recoverability.
  • Develop ERP KPIs and metrics reports and dashboards to view and monitor service details and notifications related to patching, critical updates, and downtime.
  • Work with internal staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle to communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.
  • Assist technical team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud instance configurations and enterprise applications.
  • Design and implement best practices to administer and improve the reliability and security of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & EPM.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, EPM & OTM).
  • Partner with Security, Network, Development, and Product Teams to identify issues and drive issue resolution.
  • Document system requirements and process flows.
  • Design and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
Requirements:
  1. A bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent field.
  2. At least 8 years of overall ERP administration experience.
  3. 3+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications ERP, EPM, and OTM.
  4. Experience in implementing at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud Application (ERP).
  5. Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is mandatory.
  6. Experience in leading full Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects involving requirements, design, testing, and roll-out.
  7. Comfortable with Oracle Fusion data dictionary and the relationship between various objects to quickly understand requirements and design solutions.
  8. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate/Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate or similar certifications related to Oracle Fusion Cloud are preferred.
  9. A deep understanding of SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies, and Application Server Life Cycle Management.
  10. Exceptional and advanced English communication skills with all levels of an organization are required (written, verbal, digital, and formal presentations).
  11. A desire to teach and mentor other engineers with varying domains of expertise.
  12. Advance skills in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  13. Ability to work with a broad range of diverse customers and stakeholders and effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlines.
