SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing Expert

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing professional to spearhead the design, implementation, and integration of sourcing processes. The ideal candidate should have in-depth expertise in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite with a focus on Guided Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing solutions across projects.
  • Lead the configuration, deployment, and testing of sourcing processes (RFx, Auctions, Supplier Management).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable Ariba solutions.
  • Ensure smooth integration with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S4 HANA).
  • Conduct workshops, prepare functional documents, and deliver user training.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guided Sourcing and sourcing modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with at least 3+ years in Guided Sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions), and workflows in Guided Sourcing.
  • Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points.
  • Experience in working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration.
  • Strong communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in SAP Ariba (Sourcing/Procurement) is an added advantage.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of Ariba Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing.
  • Exposure to upstream & downstream Ariba modules.
  • Previous experience in global implementation/rollout projects.
