As a SuccessFactors System Design Specialist, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective system designs within the SuccessFactors ecosystem. You will be responsible for guiding projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery, and providing expert guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions within the SuccessFactors system.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into comprehensive system design specifications.
  • Provide guidance and support on system functionality and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training materials on system functionality and best practices.
  • Advise business process improvement initiatives.
  • Interact with clients to understand requirements and conclude blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.
  • Manage SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely delivery.

As an SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant, you will implement, configure, and support the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module to optimize HR processes in Time Tracking area. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices is crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.

Your Key Responsibilities include:
  • Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors Time Management / SAP HXM solutions.
  • Analyze requirements, design solutions, configure, implement, and troubleshoot key Employee Central Time functions like positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting, schedules, and labor activities.
  • Guide customers on SAP Best Practices for quick wins.
  • Lead requirement gathering workshops & trainings.
  • Lead customer stakeholders in their Digital journey with comprehensive knowledge across SAP Solution portfolio.
