Job Title: Construction Site Leader

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Site Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations at our project site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all on-site tasks are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with our quality standards and project timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with vendors, contractors, and labor teams. A results-driven approach and strong organizational skills are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of site workers to ensure efficient and safe execution of projects.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to manage material receipts, maintain inventory records, and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Monitor site work to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Manager regarding site progress and any challenges encountered.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in site supervision.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, site procedures, and MS Office tools.
