Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced quality assurance specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong testing skills and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of manual and automation testing, as well as experience with web and mobile applications. They should be proficient in creating test plans, cases, and reports, and have a strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop and execute test plans, ensuring thorough coverage of product features and functionalities
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
- • Create and maintain detailed test cases, including documentation and reporting
- • Troubleshoot and resolve defects, working closely with development teams to implement fixes
Requirements:
">Well-versed in manual testing (SDLC, creating test plan, creating test cases, bug reporting and tracking)
">Hands-on experience in automation testing (experience with either programming languages or automation tools)
">Experience in web and mobile app testing
">Fluent in written and spoken English
Nice to Have:
">Knowledge/experience in performance testing, security testing
">Experience or familiarity with AI-driven workflows in QA or having experimented with AI tools in testing scenarios
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Continuous learning mindset, with a desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
