About the Role

We seek a seasoned consultant with industry experience in exports, GST, MCA, subsidy consulting, or CA firms. The ideal candidate will drive client delivery and business growth, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead consultant across service lines: GST, IGST, Exports, Subsidy Management, MCA Compliance, and Corporate Consulting.
  • Provide expert advisory to clients, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.
  • Oversee daily operations, guiding team members to achieve deadlines and maintain professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development.
  • Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems.
  • Manage client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Consulting firm, Chartered Accountant office, or Export/Compliance industry.
  • Knowledge Areas: GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
  • Enthusiastic leader who is detail-oriented and passionate about building consulting excellence.
