Drive customer success by leading a portfolio of high-value client accounts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop best practices, and contribute to consistent ways of working across accounts and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multi-threaded relationships across client stakeholders, validating their priorities and challenges.
  • Create and maintain success plans with clearly defined value drivers, timelines, and measures.
  • Be the thought partner to clients on leading practices and voice of customer to Product Teams.
  • Drive product adoption and usage metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Focus on value delivery through quarterly business reviews, product roadmaps, and innovations.
  • Orchestrate internally to resolve issues and maintain service continuity.
Growth and Expansion:
  • Use data insights to find areas of expansion or growth across accounts.
  • Identify and qualify cross-Digital solution expansion opportunities.
  • Grow renewals in partnership with A&S Commercial Leader, owning targeted contract renewals.
Team Collaboration:
  • Lead by example, setting standards for value measurements, x-team collaboration, and client experience.
  • Contribute to team discussions, onboarding, and training initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration representing CSM interests.
Process & Community Building:
  • Foster a sense of community among CSMs through knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
  • Build an APAC A&S client community through user group events.
  • Encourage shared ownership of client success across internal roles and functions.
Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
  • Experience managing enterprise or global accounts in matrixed organizations.
  • Strong communication skills engaging executive-level stakeholders confidently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and success metrics reporting.
  • Comfortable mentoring others and setting team norms through influence.
  • Background in HR tech assessment, SaaS, or consulting is preferred.
About You:
  • 8+ years in client-facing roles preferably in SaaS or digital solutions and consulting environments.
  • Sound business judgment and insight, strong conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and build trusted relationships.
  • Commercial Acumen: demonstrated ability to construct value-based commercial proposals and pitches.
  • Strategic Insight: able to connect dots across trends, signals, and customer needs.
  • Success Frameworks/Methodology: deep familiarity in using customer success frameworks.
  • Data & Tech Fluency: confident using analytics and coaching teams.
  • Leadership: embraces change and adapts to market environment.
