Job Summary

The Software Development Engineer - AI/ML Expert will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software systems, modules, or applications for software enhancements and new products, including cloud-based or internet-related tools. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in designing, developing, and testing software systems, modules, or applications for software enhancements and new products, including cloud-based or internet-related tools.
• Participate in detailed design for certain modules/sub-systems, doing prototype for multi-vendor infrastructure, and showcasing it internally or externally to clients.
• Design and develop functionality in a micro-services environment working with APIs, telemetry data, and running ML/AI algorithms on it, working with both structured and unstructured data.

Requirements

• Over 5–6-year experience with working experience on more than a couple (if not all) of following ML techniques: Supervised Learning, Ensemble techniques, featurization, model selection & tuning, Unsupervised Learning, Recommendation systems, Advanced Computer vision & NLP, LSTM, etc.
• Developing AI/AM solution particularly on Azure / Google AI platform.
• Working knowledge of various LLMs, Vision models, etc.
• Working knowledge of developing RAG based applications, developing Agentic workflows (desirable).
• Working knowledge of various vector Databases, chunking techniques, etc.
• Absolute Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks.
• Hands on development of GenAI solutions using Azure / Google.
• Define, build, and deploy enterprise-focused Generative AI solutions.
• Utilize off-the-shelf Azure / Google AI services, to integrate LLM capabilities into applications, and collaborate with the business and IT teams.
• Build Rapid prototypes and do proof of concepts (PoC) in one or all the following areas: LLM, NLP, DL (Deep Learning), ML (Machine Learning), object detection / classification, tracking, etc.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in Gen AI, machine learning, and AI technologies to optimize our technical stack.
• Knowledge on containerization, deployment, etc. will be preferred.
