Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase Application Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications, with extensive experience in installation, development, and administration. A strong background in webforms and reports development is also essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, development, and administration of Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications version 11 and higher.
  • Development of webforms and reports using various tools and technologies.
  • Experience with vulnerability remediation and working with vendors to secure security patches.
  • Creation of complex Hyperion business rules and calculation scripts.
  • Metadata extraction, load, and updates.
  • Building, maintaining, and enhancing Smartview ad-hoc reports.
  • Drill-through report creation and troubleshooting.
  • Translation of business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs.
  • Highly complex software development activities requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Production system problem resolution and support skills.
  • Unix, Linux, Informatica, and OBIEE experience are highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and teams.
