Job Title: SAP Sales and Distribution/Customer Service Analyst

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a SAP SD/CS Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and support of our SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for the SAP SD and CS modules, providing application design, configuration, and documentation that spans multiple business functions.
  • Lead and participate in complex projects with significant business impact, gathering requirements, creating functional specifications, and overseeing the successful delivery of new software or enhancements.
  • Take ownership of specific IT applications within the SAP SD/CS portfolio, advising senior leadership and IT staff on application strategy, roadmaps, and best practices.
  • Mentor and coach less experienced team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in SAP SD and CS.
  • Prioritize, develop, code, test, and debug new software or enhancements to existing software, working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
  • Collaborate with technical staff and business users to understand software issues and assist in their timely and effective resolution.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on, relevant experience as an SAP SD/CS Functional Analyst or Consultant.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP SD, including Order to Cash (OTC) processes, sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, and partner functions.
  • Strong expertise in SAP CS, covering service notification, service order processing, service contracts, repairs processing, and warranty management.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale SAP projects, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed functional specifications and collaborating with ABAP developers for custom developments (enhancements, reports, interfaces).
  • Solid understanding of integration points between SAP SD/CS and other modules like FI, MM, PP, and CRM.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in SAP SD or CS.
  • Experience with S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to SD and CS.
  • Familiarity with other SAP-related technologies such as CPI, BTP, or Solution Manager.
