Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Identity Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sailpoint solutions and experience with CI/CD pipelines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions. This includes provisioning, lifecycle automation, access certifications, and self-service capabilities.

  • Design and implement SailPoint solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and automate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to deploy SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows, and rules.
  • Build custom connectors/integrations to enterprise systems, APIs, and identity protocols.
  • Author secure, maintainable code using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or Shell scripting.
  • Monitor and support SailPoint environments with incident response, performance tuning, and proactive alerting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with significant hands-on practice building and operating SailPoint solutions.
  • Proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices, implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments.
  • Technical fluency in scripting and development (Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, Shell), and integration with directory services, cloud platforms, and APIs.
  • Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes—Joiner/Mover/Leaver, RBAC modeling, access certifications—and regulatory compliance considerations.
