Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the success of our vehicle finance business. As a Business Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase business volumes and market share in targeted zones.

  • Sales and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into loan applications.
  • Credit Assessment and Approvals: Evaluate loan applications based on customers' creditworthiness, financial viability, and risk profiles.
  • Collections Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective collection strategies to ensure timely recovery of dues from clients.

You will work closely with the Risk and Underwriting teams to ensure sound credit practices and mitigate any potential defaults. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with dealers, OEMs, and internal teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Vehicle Finance, Sales, Credit, and Collections within an NBFC or banking environment.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle finance products (Commercial Vehicles, Auto Loans, Construction Equipment, Refinance).
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
