Job Description:
At our organization, we are looking for a skilled professional to work in the Accounts Payable team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing vendor invoices accurately and responding to queries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and process invoices along with providing resolutions for the invoices and releasing them for payment.
  • Resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via emails or tickets within the agreed SLA.
  • Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoices such as supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc.
  • Maintain a tracker of exceptions and ensure Invoices/queries are handled based on the exception tracker.
  • Maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions as and when they occur for knowledge retention.
  • Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance, planning, and execution of assigned processes.
