Quality Manager for 3D Products

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who is passionate about quality and excellence in 3D product development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain high visual standards (realism, lighting, layout) to enhance the overall user experience.
    • Audit editor work, track rework trends, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Collaborate with trainers to upskill editors based on real data-driven insights.
    • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), streamline workflows, and optimize editing processes without compromising quality.
    • Enhance Jeeves scores, reduce rework, and promote internal editing adoption.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3–5 years of experience in virtual staging.
  • QA or team lead experience.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Blender, and 3DsMax.
  • A data-driven mindset and strong visual feedback skills.
  • A degree in Architecture or 3D Product Designing.
