Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Design Specialist to provide creative design solutions for our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in digital, offline, and motion design, with the ability to deliver high-quality visual assets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop compelling digital assets including banners, social media creatives, emailers, and presentations.
- Create visually appealing offline assets such as brochures, print ads, posters, and other marketing materials.
- Design engaging motion graphics for brand storytelling, campaign videos, and digital communication.
- Perform basic video editing to support promotional and campaign requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand briefs and deliver innovative creative solutions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and new creative formats.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Senior Graphic Designer.
- Proven expertise in designing both digital and offline assets.
- Strong skills in motion graphics and basic video editing.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and other relevant software.
- Strong visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
