  • Evaluation Frameworks: Design and deploy human + LLM-as-a-judge evaluation frameworks to assess the alignment and consistency of our models.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with annotation teams to drive scalable, high-quality data workflows and translate model diagnostics into actionable insights.

We're looking for professionals who possess:

  • A strong understanding of Large Language Model training & evaluation, including SFT, RLHF, and reward models.
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and evaluation tooling.
  • The ability to think critically and work at the intersection of research and client success.
