Insurance Data Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage employee data for clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to build relationships with clients and insurers.

This position involves overseeing Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies (Employee Health and Benefits policies). The successful candidate will coordinate with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, correction through endorsements, and CD reconciliations.

Maintaining accurate records is crucial in this role. You will be responsible for managing endorsement trackers, ensuring timely updates in system, and building relationships with insurers, clients' HR and Finance teams, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain employee data for clients.
  • Oversee Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies (Employee Health and Benefits policies).
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, correction through endorsements, and CD reconciliations.
  • Maintain endorsement tracker and ensure timely updates in system.
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurers, clients' HR and Finance teams, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
