Job Title:
Lead Frontend UI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Frontend UI Developer with strong experience in modern web stacks, including Headless JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular), HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and responsive design. This role involves leading the development and architecture of scalable web applications in eCommerce and product development contexts.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Leadership & Delivery: Lead complex frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • Team Management: Directly manage engineers, conducting regular 1:1s, growth conversations, and performance reviews.
  • Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to understand UI/UX requirements, estimate story points, and identify implementation risks.
  • People & Team Management: Contribute to hiring strategies, interview processes, and candidate evaluation.
  • Skills: Hands-on expertise in React, ReactJS, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, TailwindCSS, Webpack, Vite, and component libraries such as Material-UI, Ant Design, or Chakra UI.

Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, SCSS, and RxJS. Understanding of frontend-backend integration using REST APIs. Strong analytical, debugging, and UI/UX development skills. Experience with version control (Git). Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to unit testing frameworks like Jest, Jasmine, or Karma. Experience with e2e testing using Cypress or Protractor.
