**Job Description:**
We are looking for a highly skilled Human Resource Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize job portals, internal databases, and social media to source potential candidates.
- Assess candidates' technical skills and experience through interviews and evaluations.
- Negotiate compensation, benefits, and contracts with candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and hiring managers.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in full-cycle IT recruitment
* Proven track record of sourcing top technical talent
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work with different work authorizations, including H-1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, and US Citizens
