Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements.
  • Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social media to source potential candidates.
  • Negotiate compensation and contracts with candidates and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and hiring managers.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in full-cycle IT recruitment and sourcing top technical talent.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work with different work authorizations, including H-1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, and US Citizens.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market rates, and hiring best practices.
