Human Resources Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Assistant to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting day-to-day HR activities, including managing employee records, benefits administration, and training programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Employee Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the HR management team to ensure seamless integration of new employees into the organization.
  • Payroll Administration: Process payroll accurately and efficiently, maintaining knowledge of all relevant compliances.
  • Training and Development: Design and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR management team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • HR Foundation: Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principles.
  • HR Systems Expertise: Proficiency in Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS).
  • Benefits Administration: Experience in administering benefits and compensation packages.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
