Role OverviewAs a seasoned e-commerce professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective management of online store operations and marketplaces.
Responsibilities- Manage product listings across multiple platforms to ensure maximum visibility and engagement
- Oversee order fulfillment processes to meet customer expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely and effective issue resolution
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and online sales strategy
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
