The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of obtaining necessary approvals and clearances while effectively liaising with multiple authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate approvals with departments such as PWD, DJB, BSES, MCD, and other relevant government bodies.">
  • Ensure timely submission, follow-up, and closure of approval processes in line with project requirements.">
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with government officials and stakeholders.">
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to all applicable rules and guidelines.">
  • Provide strategic inputs to senior management on approval timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies.">
  • Coordinate internally with project, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth documentation and approvals.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 13+ years of relevant experience in handling approvals/liaising with government departments.">
  • Proven expertise in dealing with PWD, DJB, BSES, MCD, and other statutory bodies.">
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.">
  • Ability to handle multiple approvals simultaneously with strict deadlines.">
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in infrastructure, utilities, or construction-related approvals.">
  • Note: Please do not consider candidates whose core experience is in land acquisition.">
