Order to Cash Management Trainee

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire order-to-cash process. This includes validating purchase orders, interacting with clients to resolve any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring timely collection of payments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the order-to-cash process and experience in managing collections and disputes. They will also be proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Validate Purchase Orders: Verify the accuracy of purchase orders received from clients and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to resolve any issues or concerns they may have and provide support as needed.
  • Collection and Dispute Management: Manage collections and disputes effectively, ensuring that all deadlines are met and payments are received on time.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field (MBA - Finance preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Order to Cash
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
