Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to take on the role of Strategic Project Manager in our Founder's Office. This individual will work closely with our Founder to lead and execute multiple high-priority projects across sales, marketing, growth, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee strategic projects across various functions including sales, marketing, growth, and operations. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and solve complex business challenges. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive project success.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to drive decision-making, improve processes, and optimize business performance. Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Growth Strategies: Develop and implement growth strategies that align with our long-term vision. Identify opportunities for expansion and develop plans to capture new markets.
- People Management: Handle people management responsibilities, ensuring team alignment and motivation across various projects. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project success.
- Operational Expertise: Apply operational expertise from previous roles to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.
- Reporting and Recommendations: Prepare and present analytical reports, business cases, and strategic recommendations to our Founder and senior leadership. Develop and maintain a reporting framework to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate information.
- Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic planning. Identify opportunities for innovation and implement changes to stay ahead of the competition.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in management consulting or a related field.
- Educational Background: MBA (or equivalent) from a Tier-1 management college.
- Skills: Proven experience in project management, operations, and analytics. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Travel and Relocation: Willingness to travel and relocate to the US later in the year if required.
