Job Overview:

As a Project Manager in our E-commerce division, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of e-commerce projects from inception to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, development, design, logistics, and customer service to ensure that all projects are executed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Execution:
- Lead the planning and implementation of e-commerce projects, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders (internal and external) and the project team.
- Maintain regular communication with senior management to update them on project progress and resolve any issues.
- Conduct project status meetings and provide clear, concise project updates.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skillsets and project requirements.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Monitor project costs and make adjustments as necessary to stay within budget.
- Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues and proactively create mitigation strategies.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle and take corrective actions as needed.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure the quality of deliverables meets the company's standards and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the QA team to perform testing and ensure a smooth user experience on the e-commerce platform.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
- Implement best practices for managing e-commerce projects, driving efficiency and success.

Qualifications:

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing e-commerce platform projects, including website/app launches, integrations, or digital marketing initiatives.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

- Experience with data-driven decision-making and understanding of KPIs and analytics in e-commerce.
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and customer support processes in an e-commerce setting.
