Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled C++ Developer to join our high-performance eTrading team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in C++, multithreaded programming in Linux environments, and strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization.

This role provides the opportunity to work closely with quants, traders, and other engineers to build cutting-edge distributed applications and tools, grow, and lead the team within the department.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain real-time distributed applications for pricing/risk/algo/market making framework, integration with analytical library, eTrading platform for connectivity and execution, ticker plant, trade store, and other applications in the Front office compute stack.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (traders, quants, devops) to define system requirements and deliver robust solutions.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Maintain and extend CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery and integration of software.
  • Production Support: Support production systems and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Real-Time Applications: 6+ years of experience developing real-time applications in C++ (C++11 or newer).
  • Linux Systems: Deep understanding of Linux-based systems programming and performance tuning.
  • Data Structures & Algorithms: Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity.
  • Concurrency & IPC: Proven experience with multithreading, concurrency, and inter-process communication.
  • Boost Libraries: Experience with the Boost libraries.
  • Development Tools: Proficiency with Visual Studio Code (VSCode) and modern development workflows.
  • CI/CD Practices: Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., GitHub, TeamCity etc.).
  • Distributed Systems: Experience building or supporting distributed systems in a low-latency environment.
